Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC) announces that it has been notified that, on 6 June 2022, Paul Field, Construction Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility, acquired 2,457 shares at a price of 54.5 pence per share, as part of an automatic dividend reinvestment scheme administered by his stockbroker.
Following this purchase, Paul Field is interested in 81,664 ordinary shares, representing 0.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
