Hercules plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure and construction sectors, announces that it has been informed of a share dealing by Martin Tedham, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Ā
Mr Tedham has an extensive business background, including the successfully launch of his own business which he later expanded and sold to a multi-national company.
Ā
Mr Tedham later bought his former employer's business Wasdell Group, the Swindon-based packaging firm. He turned that business around, increasing turnover from under Ā£2 million to over Ā£65 million within ten years.

Mr Tedham joined the Board of Hercules in September 2024, after acquiring Ā£5 million of shares in the Company.

On 31 October 2025, Mr Tedham purchased a total of 56,004 ordinary shares at a price of 35.7 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Martin Tedham is interested in 10,165,047 ordinary shares, representing 12.61% of the Company's issued share capital, through his personal holdings and control of Wasdell Packaging Limited.
