Filing of Annual Report & Restoration of Trading
Further to the Company's announcement of its results for the full year ended 31 December 2022 ("FY 22 Results") and the six months ended 30 June 2023, the Company announces that it has published its FY 22 Annual Report on its website www.heiq.com/investors, a copy of which has also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM"), available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Accordingly, the Company has requested and been granted permission for its Ordinary Shares to be restored to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, which will take effect from 8:00am BST today.
