Result of Annual General Meeting
HeiQ (LSE:HEIQ), an established global brand in materials and textile innovation which operates in high-growth markets, announces that all of the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were dully passed.
The details of results of the voting received in relation to resolutions at the AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website: www.HeiQ.com/investors .
Copies of the resolutions required to be made available for inspection in accordance with LR 9.6.2 have been submitted today to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism website at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
