Board changes

The Board of Henderson European Focus Trust plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that Robert Jeens has succeeded Rodney Dennis as Chairman of the Board following Rodney's retirement at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today.

 

The Board further announces that Alec Comba, director of the Company since 2003, and Alain Dromer, director of the Company since 2014, have retired from the Board today at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting, having completed their respective terms in office.
