Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Hardy Oil and Gas plc ("Hardy" or "the Company") would like to notify the market that the Company's capital consists of 73,073,416 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each with voting rights.
The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 73,073,416 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hardy under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
