The Company was advised on 13 January 2009 that, following the sale of Dresdner Bank AG to the Commerzbank Group, Allianz Group no longer holds a notifiable holding in the share capital of the Company. A further announcement will be made following receipt of any further notification, if appropriate, from the Allianz Group and/or Commerzbank Group, following a recalculation of the groups' interests.
