Director Shareholding

Highcroft has been informed that the aggregate disclosable interest of Jonathan Kingerlee a director of the Company has changed, as detailed below.

Jonathan Kingerlee's second son was born on 6 April 2010 and therefore he is now beneficially interested in 38,890 ordinary shares in the Company that are held in the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust, of which both his children are beneficiaries. 

Following this change Jonathan Kingerlee's aggregate disclosable interest is 130,986 ordinary shares in the Company or 2.53 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
