Harbour Energy plc(the "Company" or "Harbour")
Director's Share Interests
On 30 June 2021, shares in certain EIG-managed entities vested to Linda Z. Cook, Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the "Vesting Event"). These shares were included in the indirect interests previously reported for the Chief Executive Officer. Linda Cook has elected to net-settle the tax payable as a result of the Vesting Event.
As the aforementioned EIG-managed entities have an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, these arrangements result in a change in Linda Cook's indirect interest in the Company as set out below.
