Director Dealing
The Company announces that Specialist Energy Group Trustee Limited, acting as an Employee Benefit Trust, gifted 600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to Ewan Lloyd-Baker, Chief Executive of SEG, on 9 October 2012.
Following the award, Mr. Lloyd-Baker is interested in a total of 3,657,446* ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.04% of the enlarged total voting rights.
*1,271,195 of these shares are held in the name 'Ewan Lloyd-Baker and Denton & Co Trustees Limited'. A further 2,298,827 are held in the name Ewan Lloyd-Baker. The remaining 87,424 shares owned by Ewan Lloyd-Baker, are charged as security in favour of Lloyds TSB Group plc pursuant to an agreement dated 25 May 2007. Ewan Lloyd-Baker retains the beneficial interest and voting rights associated with these shares.
