TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company hereby notifies you that on 2 October 2012 it transferred 6,487 Ordinary shares held in Treasury to a participant (non-PDMR) to satisfy the maturity exercise of an option at 69p per share under the Hays plc Irish Sharesave Scheme.
Following this transfer, Hays plc holds 73,895,976 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The number of shares in issue is 1,390,200,590 (excluding treasury shares).
