Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), Hays plc (the "Company") was notified that, on 1 May 2015, Sholto Douglas-Home, a PDMR, exercised an option over 11,538 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 78p per share pursuant to the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme. All shares were retained on exercised.
