DEFERRED ANNUAL BONUS ("DAB") AWARDS
The Company announces that shares awarded under the Company's 2010 DAB to its Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") vested on 9 September 2013. Details of the vesting and any subsequent share transactions are provided below:
