Notification of Transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

Hays plc (the "Company")

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), the Company advises that, on 31 March 2016, Paul Venables, a Director of the Company, was granted an option over 3,364 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 107p per share pursuant to the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme. The options will become exercisable from 1 May 2019 until 31 October 2019.
