Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hays plc ("the Company")

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company hereby advises that, on 25 February 2016, a person connected with Alan Thomson, Chairman and PDMR, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 115.7p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Thomson's interest (including those of his connected persons) in the Ordinary share capital of the Company is 250,000 shares.
