Retirement of Director

Further to the announcement on 24 February 2022, Hays plc confirms that Paul Venables retired as a Director of the Company on 30 September 2022. The Board want to thank Paul for his 16 years of service to the Company and wish him well in retirement.

Full details of remuneration for Paul Venables are included in the Company's 2022 Directors' Remuneration Report ("DRR") that will be published today. 

As advised on 24 February 2022, James Hilton succeeds Paul Venables as Group Finance Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2022. 

Remuneration arrangements for James Hilton are consistent with the Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at the AGM on 11 November 2020. Full details of his remuneration are disclosed in the DRR.
