Block Listing Application
The Board of Hays plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Shares") in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the rules of The Hays International Sharesave Scheme (448,835 Shares), Hays plc 2012 Performance Share Plan (7,931,409 Shares) and the Hays plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (159,756 Shares).
Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 9 September 2019.
