Dividend Declaration

The Gym Group plc today announced that the Board has recommended a final dividend of 0.75p per share, giving a proposed full year dividend for 2016 of 1.0p per share.

Subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 16 June 2017 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 26 May 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 25 May 2017.
