Director Declaration
Further to the Company's announcement on 20 January 2022 and pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.12R, The Gym Group today announces that Mark George will step down from the Company's Board of Directors and his role as Chief Financial Officer with effect from close of business on 1 July 2022.
As announced on 17 May 2022 Mark's successor, Luke Tait, will join The Gym Group in October 2022.
