Annual Report and Accounts
The Gym Group plc ("Gym" or the "Company") confirms that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report") on the Company's website, www.tggplc.com. A copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
The Annual Report will be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications during April 2020. The Board currently intends to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Wednesday 13 May 2020, however, due to continuing uncertainty relating to Covid-19, the arrangements for shareholder attendance at, and participation in, the AGM are subject to review. Further information on arrangements for the Company's AGM will be made available in April 2020 on the Company's website.
