The Gym Group plc (the 'Company'), the nationwide operator of 230 low cost, high quality, 24/7 no contract gyms, announces that Richard Stables, Non-Executive Director, is standing for election to the Board of Directors of Archer Limited ('Archer'), a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, at Archer's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') scheduled for 8 May 2023.
If Richard is elected to the Board of Archer at the AGM, he will be appointed as a Director with effect from 8 May 2023.
This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14.
