Board changes
The Gym Group, the nationwide operator of 230 low cost, high quality, 24/7 no contract gyms, announces the following changes to the Board and Sustainability Committee:
· Further to the Company's announcement on 12 January 2023 (RNS: 5135M), Richard Darwin will step down as Chief Executive and leave the Board of Directors with effect from close of business on 24 March 2023. Richard will remain available to support the Company as required until July 2023.
· Elaine O'Donnell, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, will join the Sustainability Committee with effect from 3 April 2023.
