The Gym Group plc (the "Company")

Block Listing Application

The Gym Group plc announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

The application is being made in respect of Shares that will be issued from time to time by the Company in relation to the exercise of share options granted under the terms of The Gym Group plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to become effective at 8:00a.m. on 16 December 2020.
