Interim Dividend Payment

The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend in respect of the six month period ended 30 June 2021 of €0.15 per ordinary share, which will be paid (or CREST accounts credited) on Friday 1 October 2021 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday 10 September 2021 with a corresponding ex-dividend date of Thursday 9 September 2021.
