Guernsey, 20 June 2016: The Company announces that it has on 17 June 2016 been advised that Ioannis Papalekas, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, on 17 June 2016 acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, through his investment vehicle Zorviani Limited, at a price of €5.15 per ordinary share.

Following the above share purchase, Mr Papalekas has an interest in 23,043,768 ordinary shares, equivalent to 35.99 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
