Grant of Options
Evocutis plc (AIM: EVO) announces that it has today granted options to subscribe for, in aggregate, 30,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each to three directors, pursuant to the terms of the Company's share option scheme.
The table below shows the details of the options granted to directors:

All of these options vest now and lapse on the 1 April 2020.
Following the grant of options, the total number of options outstanding over ordinary shares is 32,650,840, equivalent to 4.5% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
