Director Dealing
Gunsynd plc (AIM: GUN.L, NEX: GUN) announces the following dealing in the ordinary shares of the Company made by a director.
On 21 June 2019, Don Strang, an Executive Director of the Company, acquired 25,000,000 Gunsynd ordinary shares at an average price of 0.0255 pence per share, representing approximately 0.40% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following this acquisition and placing announced on 21 June 2019, Mr Strang now holds an interest in 320,000,000 Gunsynd ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Additionally, following the placing announced 21 June 2019, Hamish Harris, an Executive Director of the Company now holds an interest in 98,725,490 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.56% of the Company's issues ordinary share capital.
