Gunsynd plc (GUN.L) announces the following dealing in the ordinary shares of the Company made by a director.
On 3 October 2018, Don Strang, an Executive Director of the Company, acquired 101,180,168 Gunsynd ordinary shares at an average price of 0.03 pence per share, representing approximately 2.07% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr Strang now holds an interest in 158,238,991 Gunsynd ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.24% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
