Bhd., an entity set up by theSabah regional government of Malaysia to develop palm oil processing, to acquire a site on which it intends toconstruct a 200,000 tonnes per annum biodiesel plant. This transaction constitutes a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules. Biofutures International plc is applying for theadmission of its enlarged share capital to trading on AIM.
