Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
In accordance with Rules 19 and 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Biofutures confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders today and will be available, in electronic form, from today, for download on the Company's website www.biofuturesplc.com.
The Directors have fixed the Annual General Meeting of the Company for Friday 25 June 2010 at 10 a.m. at the offices of Stephenson Harwood at One St Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8SH, United Kingdom.
