Perkbox Exit

Molten Ventures (LSE: GROW, Euronext Dublin: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high-growth digital technology businesses, notes the announcement by Great Hill Partners that Vivup and Perkbox will combine and receive investment from the growth equity firm. As a consequence, and subject to the transaction obtaining FCA Change of Control approval, the Group will exit its investment in Perkbox.

The award-winning global benefits and reward platform has been a portfolio company since Molten first invested in 2016, and currently sits just outside the Core Portfolio in the reporting. The deal values Perkbox modestly above its Group holding value.
