Total Voting Rights

In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 30 September 2024:

· the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 743,109,586 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each. 

· the Company holds 1,506,300 ordinary shares in treasury, and these shares have no voting rights at the Company's general meetings. 

The total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 741,603,286 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
