("Grainger" or the "Company")
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was notified on 7 February 2018 that the following ordinary shares of 5p each were purchased on 5 February 2018 for Helen Gordon, Vanessa Simms and Andrew Saunderson, who are directors and/or persons discharging managerial responsibilities, in relation to the Grainger Employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). The shares were purchased under the SIP and relate to the regular monthly purchases made under the plan and registered in the name of Link Market Services Trustees.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
