Grainger announces that pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP"), Eliza Pattinson (PDMR) has completed the following exercises of nil-cost options and subsequent sale of 5p ordinary shares in the Company to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from the exercises.
The sale of Shares took place on 21 May 2025 at an average price of £2.26.
