Greggs plc-Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and following the share split which was effective at 6.00pm on 15 May 2009, we hereby notify the market of the following:

Greggs plc's capital consists of 103,990,470 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Greggs plc is 103,990,470.

The above figure (103,990,470) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Greggs plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
