Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Further to the announcement dated 10 June 2013 the Company announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013 together with Notice of the AGM, to shareholders. The AGM is to be held at The Premier Inn - Golden Tulip, Waters Reach, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1W on Friday 19 July 2013 at 10.00am.
The Annual Report and Accounts along with the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.printing.com.
