The Company reports that on 25 August 2016, in accordance with prior approval from shareholders, it purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 1Ā penceĀ each ('Ordinary Shares') in the capital of the Company at an average price of 9.875 pence per Ordinary Share.Ā

The Company will hold the Ordinary Shares acquired in Treasury. As a result, the Company now holdsĀ 2,150,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company isĀ 45,407,835.

The figure ofĀ 45,407,835 may be used byĀ Shareholders asĀ the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are requiredĀ to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
