Great Portland Estates plc voting rights and capital

For the purpose of the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Great Portland Estates plc's issued share capital consists of 312,676,149 ordinary 12.5p shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure of 312,676,149 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Great Portland Estates plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
