Goals Soccer Centres PLC01 March 2005 Goals Soccer Centres plc ("the Company") Disclosure of Material Interest in Shares The Company received notification on 24 February 2005 in accordance with section198 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended by section 134 of the Companies Act1989, that further to a purchase of 40,000 shares on 23 February 2005 J O HambroCapital Management Limited is currently interested in 2,540,000 ordinary sharesin the company representing 6.06 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinaryshare capital. Please note that the total holding of 2,540,000 shares includes a non-materialinterest for the purposes of section 199 2A of the Companies Act 1985 of2,392,743 ordinary shares in which a Limited Liability Partnership owned by J OHambro Capital Management Group Limited is interested as investment manager ofan undertaking for collective investments in transferable securities.
