Directors' & PDMRs' Shareholdings

The Company has been notified that Bob Lawson, who is due to be appointed as the Company's non-executive Chairman following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 11th November 2010, today purchased 5,150 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 769p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Bob Lawson's shareholding in the Company stands at 5,150 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.009% of the issued share capital of the Company.
