Director/PDMR Shareholding
Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces that today, in accordance with the terms of joining contained in his employment contract, Dr. Nate Zwald, Chief Operating Officer, Genus ABS Dairy, was granted contingent rights over 7,225 ordinary shares in Genus under an individual award agreement as follows: 3,613 and 3,612 ordinary shares with a normal vesting date of 5 January 2018 and 5 January 2019 respectively.
Subject to the terms of the individual award agreement and continued service, the award will vest on the normal vesting dates as specified above.
No consideration was paid for the grant of this award and no consideration is due in connection with the exercise of this award.
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of the individual award agreement made on 1 March 2017.
