Genus plc (LSE: GNS) today announces that Stephen Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Renishaw plc, a global, high precision metrology and healthcare technology group which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 June 2022. Stephen will join the Nomination, Audit and Remuneration Committees of Renishaw plc on appointment.
