Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces that, further to the vesting of conditional nil-cost options on 15 March 2017 under the Genus 2004 Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP') as listed in the table below, a member of the Genus Executive Leadership Team ('GELT') sold ordinary shares in Genus today on the London Stock Exchange partly to offset income tax and social security liabilities due on the exercise. A total of 2,951 ordinary shares have been retained by the GELT member.Ā
