Genus PLC10 January 2006 Genus plc Issue of equity Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 25,000 OrdinaryShares of 10p each in Genus plc ("the Company") on 10th January 2006. The shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options by certainemployees of the Company under option schemes for which no block listingarrangements are in place.
