Further re Rights Issue
Further to the Company's announcement on 15 December 2011, PDX confirms that the Rights Issue has now been fully underwritten by institutional investors.
The Rights Issue is conditional on, inter alia, the FSA's approval of the Prospectus, which is expected shortly. The Company also announces that in order to provide PDX with greater financial flexibility it has conditionally placed an additional 1.8 million Ordinary Shares with an institutional investor at the Rights Issue price of 100 pence per share. Admission of these shares is conditional upon, inter alia, publication of the Prospectus and is expected to occur shortly after the Prospectus is posted to Shareholders. These shares will not carry an entitlement to subscribe under the Rights Issue.
All defined terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Company's announcement of 15 December 2011.
