Pursuit Dynamics PLC03 May 2007 3 May 2007 Pursuit Dynamics PLC ("the Company") Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX) announces the appointment of Ian Kenneth Smithas Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company with effect from3 May 2007 in succession to Gary Stephen Pyle. As was reported in the Chairman'sStatement included in the 2006 Annual Report and Accounts, Gary has recentlyrelinquished his executive responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, althoughhe has continued to serve as Company Secretary to date and he will now step downfrom that position with effect from 3 May 2007. Ian, who is 49, was until June 2006 a Director of nCipher plc, based inCambridge, where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer and EVP Financeand served as Company Secretary. Previously, he held senior Financial Managementroles at Fisons Instruments Inc in the USA and with ARL in Switzerland. He hasheld no other directorships over the last five years.
