Pursuit Dynamics PLC04 January 2006 4 January 2006 Pursuit Dynamics plc (the 'Company') Additional Listing Pursuit Dynamics plc announces that 35,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted on 3 January 2006 followingan exercise of options by employees of the Company pursuant to the PursuitDynamics Share Option Plan 2001. The New Ordinary Shares were exercised at 33.5p(15,000 shares) and 37p (20,000 shares) per share. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 9 January 2006.
