Pursuit Dynamics PLC06 October 2005 6 October 2005 Pursuit Dynamics plc (the 'Company') Additional Listing Pursuit Dynamics plc announces that 25,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted on 5 October 2005 followingan exercise of options by an employee of the Company pursuant to the PursuitDynamics Share Option Plan 2001. The New Ordinary Shares were exercised at 111pper share. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 11 October 2005.
