Results of Annual General Meeting
Hangar 8, one of Europe's largest operators of privately owned passenger jet aircraft, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all of the Resolutions proposed were passed.
Nigel Payne, Non-Executive Chairman, read a short statement as follows, "The Board is pleased with trading which continues to be in line with expectations".
