Rule 17 Announcement
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company announces that Langford Lane Limited and Corporate Crewing Limited, of which Dustin Dryden, Hangar 8's Chief Executive Officer, is a director, have been put into creditors' voluntary liquidations.
This forms part of the Group's reorganisation strategy as set out in the Admission Document of 5 November 2010. The Directors of Hangar 8 do not expect the Company to suffer any losses because of this.
